One of the certification documents of the firm approved and registered by the competent authority, the technical consulting company or the registration certificate of the surveying and mapping industry. 2. The surveying technician and urban planning technician's practice license within the validity period, and the certificate of the current employee (labor insurance card or the latest income tax withholding certificate) (photocopy). 3. "Company Registration Certificate" or "Business Registration Certificate" issued by the competent registration authority: Manufacturers can go through the website of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (URL: http://gcis.nat.gov.tw/index.jsp Commercial and Industrial Registration Information) Or the registration information queried on the information website of the municipality, county (city) government instead. Or legal person registration certificate or business registration certificate (photocopy). 4. Membership card or payment certificate (photocopy) of Surveying Technician Association and Urban Planning Technician Association within the validity period (if the bidder is a foreign manufacturer, it is not required to attach it, but after winning the bid, it must be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of our country and the contract). 5. Manufacturer's tax payment certificate: (1) Those who are required to pay business tax in accordance with the law: the receipt page of the latest business tax payment form or the latest sales volume and tax declaration form approved by the competent taxation authority shall be attached. If it is too late to submit the latest tax payment certificate, the previous tax payment certificate can be substituted.
