5. In this case, the total bid price (excluding tax) is combined with the provisions of the bidding documents, and the bid is the lowest bid within the reserve price.
When the bid opening result exceeds the reserve price, the manufacturer who has not dispatched a staff member shall be deemed to have voluntarily waived the right to negotiate a parity reduction.
On-site bid review and award decision, the manufacturer should send a representative to the site for on-site instructions, price reductions, etc. If the manufacturer does not send a representative to the site, it can be regarded as giving up and no further notice.
6. Delivery acceptance: The inspection will be submitted within one year from the date of the final bid. In the factory of the successful bidder, the acceptance of the single-phase transformer's pressurized power transmission is correct (including installation, power transmission, testing and education and training in the factory). The factory passed the inspection, and the installation was completed at the designated place within 480 calendar days from the day after the final bid was awarded.
7. This case does not accept products made in mainland China.
