	附加說明	The basic qualifications of bidders are as follows: (1) Applicable to the Grade A electrical appliance contracting industry registered by the government and not subject to suspension of business punishment. (2) Those who are not allowed to participate in procurement without Article 38, Article 39, Article 103 Item 1 of the "Government Procurement Law" and Article 38 of the "Government Procurement Law Enforcement Rules". The supporting documents that the bidder should attach: (1) Proof of manufacturer registration or establishment: company/business registration certificate (please go to the website of the Ministry of Economic Affairs: http:gcis.nat.gov.tw/index.jsp to download and print the business registration information website). (2) The tax payment certificate of the manufacturer: the business tax payment statement or the receipt and receipt of the latest sales and tax declaration form (photocopy) of the sales and tax amount of the business person approved by the competent audit agency. (3) Proof of the manufacturer's credit. Check the certificate of non-rejected current account issued by the clearing house or the financial institution that accepts the inquiry within half a year before the deadline for bidding and that there is no refund record in the last three years. (4) Those who have considerable experience or actual performance. Within ten years before the deadline for the bidding date, the actual contract performance of the project, property or labor service of the same nature or equivalent as the tunnel electromechanical or monitoring system has been completed, and the single contract amount or quantity is not less than one-fifth of the bid budget amount, or The cumulative amount or quantity shall not be lower than the budgeted amount of the bidding target, and may include the acceptance certificate issued by the purchasing agency (institution) or the certificate of normal use after activation (5) Those who have considerable financial resources. The paid-in capital shall not be less than one-tenth of the budget amount of the bidding target, or the financial report of the previous fiscal year or the most recent year and its attached statements with an accountant’s visa or auditing agency’s approval, and the content of which meets the following requirements: 1. The equity is not less than one-twelfth of the budgeted amount of the bidding target. 2. Current assets are not less than current liabilities. 3.
