	附加說明	1. Performance period: Within 45 days after contract awarded, the awarded tenderer shall proceed with relevant processing and inspection according to the contract. 2. Delivery Deadline: The system shall be delivered, installed and tested within 45 days from the date after contract awarded. The awarded tenderer shall also carry out operation training within 45 days from the date after contract awarded. But if the date of delivery in case of the holidays or national holidays shall be extended to the next work day. 3. Overdue Fines: The fine for each overdue day is 1/1000 of total price amount. 4. Payment term: (1) The amount will be paid by telegraphic transfer against the Contractor's signed commercial invoice after TPC’s final acceptance. (2) The Payee shall be the Contractor. The tenderer shall provide his banking name, address and account number together with the tender. The relevant banking charges incurred from remittance shall be borne by the Contractor. (3) The above payment is subject to deduction of the penalty/price reduction, if any. 5. Delivery: Taiwan Power Research Institute ,Taiwan Power Company (84, Ta-An Road, Shu-Lin District, New Taipei City, Taiwan, 23847, Republic of China Attn: LO, Chi-Hao), if it is material to be submitted to the original report accompanying ingredients suppliers. 6. This procurement applies procedures of one-step tendering, which includes technical and price proposal. 7. The awarded tenderer shall carry out operation training above 40 hours. The operation training shall be included the system operation, maintenance, and installation. 8. The awarded tenderer shall offer the maintenance warranty after TPC’s final acceptance. The warranty shall be one year from the date after TPC’s final acceptance. 9. The system cannot be made in China. Also, the system cannot be built up in China. 10. Bid bound : NT$900,000 by check or T/T (100%). 11. One copy of most recent business tax certificate or income tax certificate. 12. The Chinese version of the procurement specification is the standard in the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version of the procurement specification.
