1. The date of award of tender: 30 days after the scheduled tender opening day.
2. The contract security earnest: For 10% of the agreement amount (calculate to thousand yuan, cast out unconditionally at under thousand yuan).

4. The deadline of execute contract: Start from the day after date of award of tender to December 21, 2017. (Not including the audit periods)

8. Companies receiving the e-tender on the web should provide the writing form report including e-tender certificate no. According to the Government Purchase Law art . 51 and the Government Purchase Law Enforcement rules art. 60, companies with no report should explain on the spot after being notified.
