1. This procurement case is calculated by the construction cost percentage method to calculate the contract price. The "fixed rate" is awarded. The service fee is set out in the "Approval and Charging Method for Entrusted Technical Service Vendors" as amended by the Public Works Committee of the Executive Yuan on November 1, 2013. The maximum percentage reference value for the "Design and Co-sponsored Bidding" and "Supervised" items of the Public Works (excluding Building Engineering) Technical Services Construction Cost Percentage Reference Table is multiplied by a fixed discount rate of 90%.
2. Performance bond: The performance bond is not charged in this procurement case.
3. Date and time of selection: The qualified manufacturers will be notified to attend the briefing. The order of the briefings shall be based on the order in which the bids are received by the organ. When there are less than 6 participating manufacturers, the briefing time is 15 minutes and the answering time is 12 minutes.
