	附加說明	Additional Description of Invitation to Tender: Bidder’s Qualification: 1.General Requirements: (1)Only the domestic Bidder(s) and the foreign Bidder(s) who shall be a company incorporated under the laws of jurisdiction of a country (or a political sub-division/political entity thereof) that is a member of World Trade Organization (WTO) and a party to the Agreement on Government Procurement can participate in this tender. (2)The joint tendering will be adopted for this tender, and the sole tendering for this tender is also allowed. (3)Others requirements (Please see the Chinese Tender Notice). 2.Basic Requirements: (1)Basic requirement of sole tendering for domestic Bidder: The business items on either Company Registration Certificate or Business Registration Certificate shall include the followings: A.CB01010 (Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing) B.E604010 (Machinery Installation Construction) 3.Basic requirement of sole tendering for foreign Bidder: (1)The documents issued by the government or its authorized entity to identify the Bidder is legally registered or established and the business items or related business contents on his company registration or business registration shall be related to that stated in above item 2.(1). (2)The Bidder shall submit one of the following documents: A.Financial Statement verified by certified accountant B.Credit proof issued by financial institution or credit investigation agencies 4.Special Requirements: (1)The Bidder shall provide the certificates for following experiences or performances, which shall meet the requirements as specified in General Requirements 1.(3): A.the Bidder has designed, manufactured and supplied one (1) Vertical Mixed Flow Type Circulating Water Pump, the flow rate is 36,000m3/hour and/or above, and design TDH is 16m and/or larger. B.the Bidder has completed the installation work of mechanical equipment (must include rotational equipment) or has completed the supply and installation work of mechanical equipment (must include rotational equipment) with single contract price (not including tax) in one contract not lower than NT$50,000,000; or with accumulated contract price (not including tax) in several contracts not lower than NT$125,000,000. 5. Joint Tendering:Please see the details in Chinese Tender Notice. 6. The Basic Requirements and Special Requirements for Joint Tendering: If the Bidder wants to adopt the Joint Tendering, the member of Joint Tendering shall be limited to 2 companies, and which shall meet the requirements as specified in above.
