I.Tender documents can be obtained through one of the following 3 options:
(1)Collection of tender in person:one can go to the designated branch of contact, and after payment the tender document is collected anonymously.
(2)Collection via postal mail:for purchase of tender document each mail-order is limited to 3 copies. The buyer should inform the required number of copies ,with the document paid in postal order, declare the tender name and self-selected recipient name address, before the deadline of the announcement sent to the Bureau. The Bureau will in next day send out the tender document by express delivery(The tender documentation buyer needs to pay the postage on delivery please).
(3)Government e-procurement system (website:http://web.pcc.gov.tw) to download tender document.
II.In case of attributable cause on the vendor so that tender document is late for sending the mail, the Bureau shall assume no responsibility for it and it will not refund the fee of tender document.

1.Suppliers that demands explanations on the tender documents shall submit the request to the procurement agency prior to Nov 25, 2015. The results from the procure
ment agencys to answer request for explanation shall be returned in writing prior to Dec 2, 2015 to the suppliers that made such request.
2.With the exception of Project cancellation, sold tender shall not be refunded for any other reason.
3.Vendor should check the notice requirement before the purchase of tender document so as to appreciate if the
y are qualified to take part in the tender.
4.If the day of tender is interrupted of any cause, the tender will be postponed for administration at the same time and location on the first day the bureau resumes, and there will be no further notice.
