(A) Vendor registration or establishment certificate:
company registration or business registration documents, certificate of establishment or registration, certificate of factory registration, industry registration certificate, business operation license, document attesting to the business opening, filing document, or other supporting documents confirming the legal registration of the establishment which has been issued by the government or an authorized organization ( Please note that the Certificate of Business Registration was abolished on April 12, 2009;,and is therefore not acceptable as a document of proof.)
(B) Tax statement (sales tax or income tax payment certificate):
1. Proof of sales tax payment of the most recent term: the receipt of sales tax remittance, or receipt of Declaration of Sales and Business Tax by a Business Entity approved by a recognized authority. Any vendor who has not yet obtained the proof of tax remittance for the most recent term may submit one of the prior term. A newly established business which has not yet filed tax for the first term may alternatively submit an official letter confirming the establishment of the business issued by the relevant local tax authorities. A document attesting to the application for the use of Uniform Purchase Invoice should be submitted together. The doceument is waived for business entities with tax exempt status,, provided that a statement of personal guarantee upon penalty of perjury attesting the applicant’s qualification for the exemption is included..
2. The income tax certificate of educational, cultural, public welfare, charitable organizations or groups is on the revenue and expenditure application form.
The certificate of income tax or business tax can be provided by the stamp of the same or pervious term of the no tax law violation check form approved by the relevant auditing governmental authority.
(C) Proof of tenderer’s creditworthiness:
The creditworthiness includes the statements which state the tenderer does not have a rejected bank account in 6 months before the deadline of the bidding and no record of bounced check within 3 years recently issued by the check exchange institution or financial organizations accepting inquiry, the financial statement approved by the accountant, or the certificate of creditworthiness made by a credit agency or financial organization. If the tenderer had a bounced check record and completed the settlement afterward, which will be regarded as a “no bounced check record.” If the Agency finds evidence that the tenderer had a rejected bank account or a bounced check record before the deadline of the bidding, we will deal with the matter.
