Building Information Modeling (Building Information Modeling) fees are not included in the appendix of the Technical Service Measures and are not included in the billing scope of the above table. The service fees are separately priced at 1.2% of the project settlement fee (the planning and design stage is project settlement) 0.6% of the cost, and the post-construction stage is 0.6% of the project settlement cost), which is a fixed rate and does not change with the bid ratio. The cost of building the BIM system will only be paid if the cost meets the subsidy conditions and is implemented according to the instructions of the agency.
Before the budget has completed the legislative process, the bid can be retained and the bid will take effect only after the budget is passed. If the budget is deleted or reduced by the parliament, the contract execution scope, items and quota will be adjusted according to the budget approved or the contract will be terminated or modified in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Government Procurement Law.
Bid award method: The bid will be awarded based on 92% of the amount calculated based on the area of technical service construction fees for public projects (excluding building projects) with reference to the urban basic rate (refer to the bid award rates in previous years).
Negotiation conditions: After the manufacturer has reviewed the contract and related documents and has no objections, the negotiation process will be completed.
The bidding method for this case is based on the percentage of the total amount calculated based on the percentage of technical service construction costs for public projects (excluding building projects) reference table at each level.
