2、Purchases exceeding the announced amount but not reaching the audited amount.
3、The budget is public. The budgeted amount is 30,000,000 yuan (excluding business tax), and the budgeted amount is 31,500,000 yuan (including business tax). If the bidder’s price (excluding business tax) exceeds the budgeted amount (excluding business tax), it is a disqualified bid, and no opportunity for price reduction will be given.

Correct the announcement, and amend the content of the procurement case as follows:
1. Replacing a. Jiayi Xingang Substation No. 203 to import IEC 61850 property procurement, b. Attachment 3--IEC 61850 Substation Switchyard Equipment Specifications - Revised Edition in May 2012.
2.a. Add "610, 620, 640" to the original 6.20 to fully cover the scope of this construction.
3.b. Delete the content of 6.2.3.3(8).
4. This change does not involve the items and quantities of the manufacturer's bidding list and does not affect the budget amount. It is not a major change and the bidding period will not be extended.
Second correction:
1. Replacement attachments: Xingang SS IEC 61850 Construction Procurement (Including Installation) Specific Provisions (Announcement 112.07.31), Bidding and Bidding Basic Information Sheet and Manufacturer Bidding Price List, Attachment 3--IEC 61850 Substation Switches Field Equipment Specification - Revised May 112, Annex 17 - GOOSE Logic Strategies (Newport) - New Revised 1120615.
2. Modify part of the purchase quantity in the bid list, and extend the bidding period until September 6.
