4.The purchase by the manufacturer should be responsible for the construction bidding system vendors as subcontractors for authorities and bear full responsibility for the performance of the contract. The contractor from the system needs to find a design firm to handle the procurement of the detailed design work, and the detailed design firm is the main contractor of the subcontracting system vendors. Contractors and system main subcontractors are tender and basic qualifications.
(1) Main contractor (turnkey Manufacturer): the comprehensive construction machinery and equipment manufacturing industry and the construction industry and integrated with the mechanical installation industry as a turnkey vendor for fulfillment authorities bear full responsibility for the contract, the tender may adopt one of the following ways. The tender number of members of the joint bid can not be more than two.
(1-1) Joint bidding: bid jointly by the industry and create a comprehensive grade having a mechanical equipment manufacturing and installation industry or machinery manufacturers, their number of firms with a ceiling of 2, and the construction industry as a qualified person on behalf of manufacturers, and at least one of its members It must have or install machinery and equipment manufacturing industry qualifications.
