In recent years, Taiwan has entered an era of aging and declining birth rate. Coupled with the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, many industries are facing a shortage of labor. The accommodation industry is a highly labor-intensive industry. In order to understand the human resource planning and recruitment effectiveness of Taiwan's accommodation industry, this project will collect, analyze and interpret data on the human resource structure and labor market supply and demand of Taiwan's accommodation industry. We will also refer to neighboring countries' human resource supply and demand situations and their corresponding innovative approaches to provide a reference for the subsequent formulation of labor force policies.
